Junior Campers (Ages 7 to 9): Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we're presently not accepting applications for the Summer season 2020 Nature Camp. Security policies as they relate to COVID-19 will be the similar as outlined in the Summer Nature Camp Update II (below), including the headcount of 10 campers.

Because of COVID-19, we will reach 90% fewer campers in 2020. The preschool and kindergarten classes won't be going on discipline journeys and can spend their week enjoying all that Magnuson Park has to supply. Campers will hold, catch and analyze organisms and we'll play various water video games using water balloons and buckets, make mud pies and explore muddy creeks.

Our nature camp capitalizes on our experience and enthusiasm for instructing children about the out of doors world. In week one in every of two water-targeted weeks, campers will discover ponds, streams, creeks and seashores to learn about waterways, adaptation, eutrophication and succession.
