Rice Flour is good for us as it contains high content fiber and may protect your liver, but it lags some of the nutrients that other flours may contain. Rice flour can be used in place of wheat flour as a thickening paste in soups, sauces, and gravies. Finely milled rice can be found in both white rice and brown rice forms. It’s a staple food for Southeast Asia, Japan and southern India.
